My 2006 Mazda 6 SS was stuck in 3rd gear. The resolution after a complete check was bad battery and the replacement of a sensor. This allowed the computer to communicate correctly and allow the car to shift properly. The work was done in as timely a fashion as delivery of the battery and sensor allowed. They always answer the phone and answer your questions. You are given a complete explanation for any proposed repairs. It is obvious how knowledgeable Robert and Steve are about the complexities of cars. Highly recommend.
